Keith emailed me details of various boilers and took the time to talk through the different options. He ordered my chosen boiler the next day and arranged an installation date with my tenants directly. Keith arrived on time and worked quickly, making sure the tenants understood how to use the thermostat and that I had all manuals and paperwork. Happy to recommend, and will contact Keith in future for any plumbing/heating issues.”

Completing 4 in one day really takes away the stress of being a landlord with several properties. Unfortunately one boiler was leaking from inside Keith explained the problem to me (heat exchangers and showed me it inside the boiler. The boiler is over 10 years old and not economical to repair. Keith is going to install a new boiler for me. He has explained the different boiler options to me with different warranties and will send me over the price after the bank holiday.”

I called KSM at around 4pm and outlined the issue. After a few checks he said he would come out later to see what the problem was and stop the flushing for us. Keith arrived early in the evening and was superb. His approach is excellent making sure we understood the issues, the options and agreeing what needed to be done. He identified some obvious shortcomings in the original installation ie no isolator tap for the flush was fitted etc.”

Keith and his assistant arrived an hour early and made our house safe again-The previous contractor had provided a completely fake certificate-The house was a DEATH TRAP until the absolutely heroic Keith visited us. Keith worked around these challenges and did his best to ensure that the bathrooms were completed as quickly as possible. The boiler was approx 10 years old and came with the property when I purchased it. Keith explained that the boiler was full of grease, likely caused by someone cooking under it previously.
